About Us
Association to Save Abandoned Pets is a 501c nonprofit organization with our headquarters in Los Angeles, CA. We are dedicated to rescuing as many cats and dogs out of the shelters as possible. As we grow, our goal is to help other communities deal with their pet euthanasia problems as well. Our goal is to eventually see a "No Kill US."
ASAP is 100% run by volunteers. We have no paid staff. All donations go to rescue efforts that directly benefit the animals.
Our income is derived from membership fees ($25/yr.), donations, and fundraising events. Since we are a nonprofit, member run organization, we are totally dependent upon the participation of as many animal lovers as possible. If you would like to become part of the solution to the euthanasia problem, please become a member, make a donation, and/or participate in ASAP's fundraising events.
